Leadership
NOAH PARK
Noah is the Manager Partner and Founder of PHMG Hotels, an investment group focused in the lodging sector. Bringing 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, Noah is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including acquisitions, asset management, financing, and accounting.
Prior to founding PHMG, Noah served as a Senior Director of Asset Management at The Chartres Lodging Group, LLC where he oversaw an $800-million portfolio of hotels totaling 4,500 rooms. Additionally, Noah’s experiences include appraisal and consulting at HVS Consulting & Valuation Division and operational leadership roles at Hilton and Starwood Hotels & Resorts (now Marriott International).
Noah is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and earned his Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) in Real Estate Finance & Investments from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.
